Does anyone know what the Monroe Institute uses?
Aloha Entmu,
The Monroe Institute uses different combinations of frquencies depending on the desired state. They call these different states "focus" each with a corresponding number, i.e. focus 3-syncronized brain and mind, focus 10-sleeping body waking mind, focus 21-bridge to other energy systems, etc.. Many of these focuses (focusi?
) induce not simply delta or theta waves but combinations of different wave patterns according to Skip Atwater the head of research and developement at TMI. Robert Monroe did many experiments with Joe McMoneagle to find bineural beats that would facilitate remote viewing with a certain amount of success, he discusses this briefly in his books "The Ultimate Time Machine" and "The Stargate Chronicles." TMI offers a "Remote Viewing Practicum" resident program that incorporates Hemi-Sync into the rv process. TMI is certainly the authority in the field having devoted several decades to researching it (not to mention R. Monroe having invented it). I have the Gateway Program home series and highly recommend it to anyone serious about exploring different states of conciousness and/or bineural beat technology. Worth every penny.LD
