Thinking about the numbers of active trained RV'ers, I went through some calculations and conclude there are approx 200.

So with all these different camps professing to have trained "x" amount of people,
where are they ?  I mean they should run into the thousands, not a couple of hundred !

Recruited...perhaps  Huh

I think the 200 is over calculated depending of translation:

If you mean by 'trained' they complete a 4-5 day course then YES thousands - lets say 15K.

If you mean learned a skill in 4-5 days, the went away over a period of years became consistent and useful - then I would say maybe 40-50.

I say this from my knowledge of working/communicating with Lyns CRV, pauls CRV, Courtney Brown projects, HRVG (a little) and by working with some of the more active (public) remote viewers.
There really aren't that many remote viewers who trained, kept up the training for years, then became consistent and are still interested in RV after all this.

When you count the number of people around the world who have started a martial art it would be tens of millions - with only a small % of these attaining a black belt and then possibly (if they have trained well/comprehensively) being useful and able to use their skill in real situations - lol not all black belts can for example.

All the best...

Thinking about the numbers of active trained RV'ers, I went through some calculations and conclude there are approx 200.

They get sucked into the corporate machinery and various governments. Buried for life in NDAs. Most would be using their training part time.

Why don't you ask Lyn Buchanan how many he has 'on call' with the Assigned Witness Program? That might help flesh out your numbers.

I know what the annual budget is for the US government effort but I don't know what the head count is. There are three international protection agencies that I am aware of, sort of PSI mercenaries. In those situations they are usually home grown internally and you would have never seen them in a public class.

Then there are the hundreds trained in remote viewing that go into the healing arts and don't identify themselves as remote viewers. People like that would make up the bulk of your missing, who are still PSI active.

As I said, my figures are estimated from my conversations and dealing with all these groups and allot of online viewers. I already know Paul, Lyns, Angelas and other groups operational capability and most of the public viewers around.

There are only a handfull of experienced CRV type trained viewers on the planet
RV is facing a skills crisis of sorts sad to admit but its true.

On the contrary there are alot of proven natural psychics working productively all
over the globe - go figure.

The operative word here is "Trained".

I know there are free flow people out there, but I am interested in
the numbers that are trained Remote Viewers, who are active, and no
Daz...not those who have done a 4-5 day course Roll Eyes

Specifically those that are trained in RV, no matter what camp,
and who have some experience, like a few years worth..

Perhaps my calculations were a fraction high, but really there must be well
above the hundred mark ?

I personally know and talk to approx 13 active RV people. I know of another 15-19 or so in CRV groups. I don't know about David Morehouses or Ed Dames TRV group but i only see on their broads competent and regular work from say 10-14.

So I think my figure of 50 is pretty much on the mark. This doesn't include some of the TKR bunch but whatever its above 30 and below 100.

But active, trained and doing capable work and sharing it - I have only seen 20ish (so far).

All the best...

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". This project owes thanks to the archives of the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source and to the project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom for TKR.

This project is founded, programmed, designed and $-sponsored by Palyne as a community service. All website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to P.J. Gaenir. Viewers and taskers always own their own content of course. Registered members are welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.
