Heya Rocky1990,

Yeah, I have been using entrainment with my sessions. I entrain on what you said...theta.

I have binaural beats and they are at theta frequencies, so I use that as cool down or entrainment to reach theta.

thanks man, good of you to post, Rocky1990, peace

I spend much of my day in a daydreaming state of mind and that is probably my baseline state.  Maybe that is why I've had pretty good luck hitting targets.
Me too re daydreaming. Heavily. But I don't "hitting" targets well. Whatever that means. Because my experience tells me targets are always represented in the session results - its only about the quality (or noise).

What do you actually see when you are remote viewing a future image?

Do you see some blur of an image that passes into your mind briefly before dissipating? Do you ever see things in vivid detail?

Do you not see anything, then have an impulse to picture something? e.g. "I will only perceive things related to what I will be looking at on Tuesday at 6:00p.m." Then you see blank, then have a strong urge to visualize a dragon, or a horse, or the ripples on the water?

How do you determine what is of psi origin, and what is just your mind wandering or playing tricks on you? Does everything that is related and useful imagery come out sort of gray in color, muted in color, but gray?

Well it varies, sometimes it's like diving through an tunnel or going down an rabbit hole.
Sometimes it's just pitch dark and then I use R.E.M. creates an strobe light effect which allows me to see.
Then there's the spark that's usually associated with people or people of the past or departed, you see the person but there's an bright light over their shoulder.

How do I determine psi origin, well that's easy the tingling sensations around the crown like a billion soft tingling sensation.

It's only crazy if I view the wrong target, what does it make me if I get the target exactly right?

My .02 cents worth, apologies for the necropost but it's too late now!;-

What do you actually see when you are remote viewing a future image?

That depends with the level of contact (my awareness state) and also with the length of time I spend in contact with a target. If it's a subject I have familiarity with, I'll get a feeling of recognition. If I don't have much or any exposure to the subject, I'll get a lot of description, a lot of haze, but not much in the way of visual sensation (which I try to set aside and get more hard information.

Awareness levels can be changed by a) meditation. b) Monroe Hemisync (which I prefer) or c) Binaural beats (might work better, I haven't tried).

Do you see some blur of an image that passes into your mind briefly before dissipating?

Yes, some targets are a blur, and I need to spend more time in connection with them to extract more information about their nature. It's not so much the target is moving too fast - more, my mind is operating too fast. Or maybe the 2 are just out of sync.

Do you ever see things in vivid detail?

Rarely. I am not an accomplished or practised viewer though. I have attempted around... maybe 2 dozen targets under formal double blind protocol.

Do you not see anything, then have an impulse to picture something? e.g. "I will only perceive things related to what I will be looking at on Tuesday at 6:00p.m." Then you see blank, then have a strong urge to visualize a dragon, or a horse, or the ripples on the water?

It can happen that my mind is spinning with existing images. I try to clear it, to ground myself, and get information about the target. If I have enough contact, enough information, enough RAPPORT, the confidence level with the visual data gets higher. But it's a very patient process to reach that point.

How do you determine what is of psi origin, and what is just your mind wandering or playing tricks on you?

If it's a feeling or description, it's probably accurate (66% base chance). If it's a name or a noun, it's false (Analytic OverLay or AOL. Sometimes AOL might be close to the target, in which case it is formerly recorded as AOL/S).

Does everything that is related and useful imagery come out sort of gray in color, muted in color, but gray?

One thing I have noticed from other viewers is that, if a target image (the feedback photograph) is black and white, they will record greys on the record. However, they will see colours as well.

I generally disregard colour data. This is a sloppy habit on my part. But I try to get fundamentals - the essence of a target. If I can get close to that, I'm happy. It wouldn't please taskers charging for monied services. But it satisfies me.

The image passes through my mind in cubix, or circles of light indicating points of interest or people. ie if there are 3 people there will be 3 orbs of light, at which point I can choose which one to read from, then there's a doorway/gateway. Cubix is much like the matrix sub search menu, in which point my psyche has indicated these cubix are related to what I need to see but is uncertain about the specifics so it loads out the cubix lay out in a very organized format, allowing me to choose.
An good example is the ancient structure known as the Inuksuk, try viewing that target and try to understand why it stands as a structure that the ancients used to tell time.

I don't get gray hues, it's always in colour. I guess it depends on the method you're using, I usually actively "Ping" the target, but not always.  I get black & white hues at which point I know beyond a doubt it's the past and if there's an orange/yellow tint to it then I know it's really really old vintage even.

Only with practice will you know what is psi origin and what is your imagination. When you get good at knowing yourself, you can even interpret messages and dialogue that the subject wants you to know, departed or alive. I cannot help you with you knowing yourself, only you can do that.

Hi as a beginner may i throw my penny's worth in,
Firstly there is so much to take in and as with me the brain is like a sponge that reaches saturation point, and as with me as a beginner i didn't know which direction to go , after finding this site and the tkrdojo's site, then  and still learning how to navigate the site not being to savey on laptops, i jumped straight in at the deep end got some target practise with out following the protocols needed or practised, so the first four i had done was lying on my bed with my laptop, i know horror, anyway my first three practise shots yes i have done a grand total of four. i saw firstly black and white negative  image pictures of the structures, then separate colours of the the structures two of the black and white images were near matches  to the target and the colours  and materials  i saw separate in image and also by thought ,i am very pleased with my sketches and descriptions so far, but i would like to say that now as i navigate the sites and pick up the right procedures and protocols.I am at present stepping back doing the research learning to meditate, in fact starting over, with a new attitude and discipline. and I hope you dont mind joining the dicussion  and washing my dirty linen in public. but i would invite you to view my inital practice's and would welcome any feed back, pointers and of course  my wrists slapped and well deserved .
kindest regards
gerry

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". This project owes thanks to the archives of the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source and to the project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom for TKR.

This project is founded, programmed, designed and $-sponsored by Palyne as a community service. All website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to P.J. Gaenir. Viewers and taskers always own their own content of course. Registered members are welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.
