This past week I've finally made the link on how it was done.

Starwalking is far and above anything most people have considered possible, it is and OBE in a truly Astral sense. Practiced by ancients there is only one authoritative book on the subject that I know of, Starwalking by Page Bryant. Some of the Shamans used to lay their heads on rocks that gave the precise vibration required for the process.

Isochronic tones have recently hit my radar and I must say their effect on sleeping is very pronounced. Having practiced with binaural for years, I may be more susceptible to this wavelength patterning.

The first time I ever had an astral projection I recall being long in duration was laying on the first landing of my grandmother's basement steps right on the wood while she operated the washing machine. Apparently the right conditions existed to promote that type of journey. I remember one time coming back and asking her how long I'd been gone that time, I was only three. Other times after that all it would take was a rain storm and a nap and I'd be gone. Sometimes coming back to tell people what I saw them doing with their lives.

To encapsulate the three I believe there are certain harmonics which will induce this behavior -exterior to the body. Joe McMoneagle has written about wanting to create an isolation tank with the correct vibrational frequencies to induce this effect. Jeffrey Thompson sells relaxation chairs that do the same thing.

I believe that Isochronic or chronaural tones may be the trip ticket for getting this ability into the layman's hands.

If anyone has any experience with these tones and their affects I'd love hearing from you.

That sounds complicated.  Things happen, or they don't.  I'm very basic.  Sometimes I go with the flow.  Sometimes I don't.  I fight them off.  Not sure how you feel about them, but always fought them off.  Sometimes they are okay I guess.  I don't they require anything except reception.

They do require a total release.  That is very hard.  It was for me anyway.  Scary stuff.

I remember being little, sitting alone in our plum tree (one of my very favorite places in the whole wide world!) and listening to the world. I would make the same sounds that I heard and would make them so that they would synchronise and cause things around us to sing too. Kind of like the singer who can manipulate the glass with his/her voice, or the tuning fork that causes the piano strings to sing along with it.

Sound has a magical ability to transform stuff I think. But it takes every other sense (even the ones we don’t know about, and the ones we’ll never... understand) to experience anything really. Lots of these posts are very hard to talk about because we don’t get to practice talking about this stuff much. There probably are words that work, but I don’t know them.

hmm they seemed more effective at the begining.... although I have had some pretty intense aura and spirit viewings after one that matches the vibration of the pyramids in Giza.
