Hi to all and nice to be here,
   i have finished David Moorhouse's book ( Psychic Warrior ) and i am REALLY amazed on what the human's mind can do.
   I need some kind of information on how to begin checking if i have any kind of skill in the CRV. I know that for most of you
   this must be a "silly" question but can you please help me out ? Is there any way that i can test myself ?

Best regards and thanks in advance.

You can grab a target and have a go here at the Dojo. Or you can get a test of the Cognitive Science Laborary website if you want something more "official". Typically the vast majority of people get some sort of "beginners luck".

http://www.lfr.org/LFR/csl/

Practise helps. It's a great book isn't it? But it's not a how to... lots of material all over the on this site that might help.

Be aware that CRV is a taught skill - the first teachable sort of RV. Although there's lots of other methods.

One important point only - always be unaware of what the target it. If you are aware of what a target coordinate refers to, then no sort of RV is really RV ("Anomalous Cognition within a Double Blind Protocol").

A good place to start would be the CRV manual and Open Source CRV links on the left side of the screen.

The fact that you found this site shows that you have been called. Congratulations and welcome, you've passed the first test.

Thank you all so much for your prompt replies.A question I would like to ask is : Is there any standard methodology that a person can use to learn RV ? I mean to say.....is there any how-to like how to prepare yourself for a CRV session etc.

Thanks for your time.

There are many methods to RV. David Morehouse is a noted CRV teacher - google him, you can find his site.

Later examples, based on the CRV original with their own twists, are Technical Remote Viewing, Scientific Remote Viewing, TDS (I forget what that one stands for).

If you're in the mood for a really huge read about how RV isn't really a new concept, you could try Ingo Swann's notes at http://www.biomindsuperpowers.com

The dissociated theta state, "natural" remote viewing is referred to as Extended Remote Viewing. If you read Psychic Warrior carefully, you can pick up on the fact that David Morehouse was taught CRV, then ERV.

"I mean to say.....is there any how-to like how to prepare yourself for a CRV session etc."

Have some paper and pens to hand. Relax. Write down the target number. Do a quick ideogram - a doodle. The manual should give you plenty of formal ideas about CRV, but that's pretty much how you start. CRV.

The key to improvement is working out when you are "experiencing data" and when you are "analysing overlay". AOL is written as AOL as it contains some truth about a target but the mind is clearly doing some jiggery pokery with it.

Our subconscious minds are tricky and full of humour. What you experience or feel about the target will often be masked in ways that mean things to you personally, from your own experiences.

on my website i have many and most of the public CRV available docs.

CRV practice sessions by the military viewers ( David Morehouse, Lyn Buchanan, Paul Smith, Gabrielle, Tom McNear...)

Many of my CRV practice rv sessions here: http://www.remoteviewed.com/remote_viewing_results.htm

Comprahensive CRV file
Within this packed file there is:

    * SRI - Co-ordinate Remote viewing (CRV) Technology 1981-83 briefing.
      - from a paper authored by Hal Puthoff and the consultant Ingo Swann.
      I have included a ‘briefing version’ of this paper as it has more explanatory references to the CRV process and the R&D of stages 1-8.

    * Special Orientation Techniques - Stages 1-3
      Author - Hal Puthoff - 1984
      Overview of the first three stages of training with examples.

    * Special Orientation Techniques - Stages 4
      Author - Hal Puthoff - 1984
      Overview of the stage4 of training with examples.

    * Special Orientation Techniques - Stages 5-6
      Author - Hal Puthoff - 1984
      Overview of the stages 5-6 of training with examples.

    * Tom McNear CRV Training notes/manual -circa - 1985.
      One of Ingo’s first and possibly one of his best students training notes/manual in document form.

    * Paul Smith CRV Training notes/manual
      circa - (1996 onwards in the public domain) The modern most well know and used CRV manual.

    * Daz Smith Open Source CRV guide (2005)
      - my 'loose' guide with examples to use with the available material to help explain it better for those attempting to use CRV form the available material.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". This project owes thanks to the archives of the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source and to the project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom for TKR.

This project is founded, programmed, designed and $-sponsored by Palyne as a community service. All website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to P.J. Gaenir. Viewers and taskers always own their own content of course. Registered members are welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.
