Hello!  Are there any lurkers or posters out there who attended either of these events in the last two weekends?  S. Schwartz was there Friday a week ago for a few hours, then Dale Graff was there for the recent weekend.  I didn't get to sit in on much of Dale's stuff, but I've received a couple emails from folks who want to hear from those who DID attend all weekend....

Hello Benton,

In a lucid dream, I pause for a moment.  As, I am standing there; an object suddenly thrusts through my back.  I then, find a chalky grayish-white foot and leg extending from my chest.  I start to run and find a large pinkish-type genie has attached to my sexual organ.  The genie is smiling at me.  This entity has set up a sympathetic-type vibration.  This has neutralized my energy field, from the waist down.  And, I feel my time and options are quickly being eliminated.

I have also, started to feel an urgency to post.  I finally, resolved to using the "Button Chair Method"; to complete my post.  In the book, "Page after Page"; by: Heather Sellers - Chapter 7.  She describes, "You put butt-on chair and write."  This is very interesting logic.  I recommend it, to anyone with the; no-time-to-write resistance thoughts.

On, 06 Jan. 2005; Joe McMoneagle posted on TKR Boards: "If you decide to attend a Rhine Research Center event, do so with the idea that you too come to provide support to the J.B. Rhine Center."  I attended Dale E. Graff's, "Psi-Dreaming:  The night side of Psi."

I attended the event with the idea of providing support.  But, found the people there providing 10-times more support; than I.  If, I made a list of names; Benton, would be at the top of those providing the most talented support.

Friday, March 18, 2005; Dale L. Graff of the Rhine Research Center, introduced Dale E. Graff, former civilian director of military's StarGate Project.  Our first dream-target assignment was given to us Friday evening.  I returned to the Durham Millennium Hotel; located across the street, from the J.B. Rhine Center and went to bed early.

At 2:37 AM, I awaken - But, no dream.  Again at 4:47 AM, no dream.  And, this time I am having trouble going back to sleep.  At 6:00 AM, I have a dream and record it in my composition book.

Saturday morning, as we go around the room and share our dreams; a young woman ask, "Why do we dream?"  In my dream:  I observe a young black woman, wearing a black sweat band around her forehead.  She has a pair of casual pants in her left hand and a shiny metal stylus in her right hand.  The pants have a large metal button on it.  As, she takes the metal stylus and pokes around the metal button; she tells me:  "As long as you are keeping the mind busy; you are burning up toxins."

I feel the theme, for me; during the Psi-Dreaming weekend was - Synchronicity, Intent and Awareness.  Yes, you may look these words up in the dictionary.  But, to experience them; provided something, I am still trying to understand and I am still pondering.  Example:  Just like; yes, you can read about winning a lottery - But, winning a lottery; can provide a whole new experience, in your life.

Saturday evening; Benton, Dale L. Graff, Tom {from Virginia - who did UFO investigations} and I were sitting in the lecture room, eating pizza.  I pause and turn - As, I look around the room; I see Sally Rhine Feather and Dale E. Graff.  I watch them for a moment, as they talk and laughed.  I then, look at the people entering the room and felt this is a special moment, in time and space.  I wanted to hold on to this moment; but, let it go and refocused on our conversation.

And; I need to refocus on the Button Chair Method, again.  But, is not the rate of concentration, proportional to the numbness of the butt.  Maybe it would be better, if I just take a nap and burn up toxins.

Thanks, jimmy

P.S. Question:  Will the Psi-Dreaming be made available on DVD; through the Rhine Research Center?

jimmy,

Thanks for responding, I know others will benefit from your info.  I will take your button chair method to heart and use it.

What sort of stuff did Dale talk about for getting prepped for psi-dreaming?  How has your dreaming been since the event?

Good Day, Benton

DALE E. GRAFF, Seeking Any Dream ...

During the Day:

~  Write your intent to "recall a dream" on a notepad or in your dream journal.

~  Frequently repeat your intent to recall a dream that night.

~  Occasionally pretend you are in a dream and observe some object as if, it is a dream object that you are trying to recall.

~  Review a previous dream, reinforcing your intent to recall a dream again.

~  If no previous dream recall, imagine a dream-like experience and review it.

~  Eat light and avoid any overindulgence.  Barbiturates hinder the REM cycle and dream recall.

Prior to Sleep:

~  Immediately before sleep, read or again repeatedly state your dream recall intent.  Develop a keen feeling of eager expectation, like before receiving a gift.

~  Have notepad within reach at bedside.  This is another signal to your subconscious about the sincerity of your intent.

~  Maintain a humble and hopeful attitude, not a demanding one.

~  Express a clear purpose to help dream recall, such as to begin experiencing and understanding dreams, etc. for insight into a certain issue.

~  You may desire recalling the dream that occurs right before morning wakeup.  It will be easier to remember and will probably be a summary of any previous non-recalled dreams.

When Dreams Occur:

~  When you wake up from a dream, lie motionless until you have the dream fixed in memory.  Then write key words on your notepad.

~  As soon as you can in the morning, write the dream or dreams in detail in your dream journal and sketch any key features, especially the dream's ending.

~  If you have no recalled dreams, repeat your intent the next day.  Perserve.

~  You do not need to recall many of the numerous unrecalled dreams we have each night.  One a night, or even a week, may be sufficient on your needs and interests.

------------------------------------------------------------

Last night, I had a dream starting at 10:00PM and continued with periodic dreams throughout the night.  In these dreams; I was given insight into the way, I tend to make decisions.

Another dreaming tool, I like to use, is - The Monroe Institute's, Lucid Dreaming Package.  This 4 - tape series is designed to teach you how to program and consciously participate in your dreamscape.

I feel Lucid Dreaming, may help in remote viewing.  Each morning when I awaken, I try to sense what part of the brain I am using to enter the dream state.  If, I may get a good feel for this area, I may use it to expand my remote viewing conscious state.  Just, a thought.

Thanks, jimmy

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". This project owes thanks to the archives of the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source and to the project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom for TKR.

This project is founded, programmed, designed and $-sponsored by Palyne as a community service. All website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to P.J. Gaenir. Viewers and taskers always own their own content of course. Registered members are welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.
