Doesn’t this computer interpretation look exactly like what happens through remote viewing and the ‘noise’ we get in the Rv process when trying to get the target?

In my opinion, no.

Possible reason why - in RV, we try to objectively sense how our senses are effective by experiencing a target, and record these sensations as objectively as we can.

This machine is recording the changes made within the visual cortext by directly expereincing a visual image.

It's similar, but it's not quite the same. And like I said, in my opinion.

ah but their noise is like our noise - its in the interpretation of the signal - process-  create noise that distorts the image.

Yeah, but having worn spectacles from an early age, I'm quite used to blur-o-vision and regard it as normal. I just can't depend on vision alone so mostly ignore visuals when conducting an RV session unless they "feel" connected or relevant to the target.
