I'm using this link only as a reference but I have experienced this myself on a couple of occasions, follow closely this is one of the advantages of dying consciously instead of from sleep or a coma.

In the process of dying DMT is released in the brain, it isn't the final act, it is the start of a new process. In the same way the soul enters the body during conception, the spirit (or divine spark) leaves the body through the vortex.

If you're lucky enough to have a near death experience or had a full vision of dying then you know what he's talking about, I have had both.

The third way you can experience this is with DMT to open a porthole to worlds beyond the ones we know.

While some consider DMT a drug, it is really a natural hormone secreted in the body. Artificially you can enhance a normal experience through the use of Ayahuasca. It can be argued that it is a drug but then you can also argue that every living human secretes their own drug, so is it a drug or a hormone? I say it is a natural hormone, when the level is increased dramatically the individual experiences the same effect.

This is one of the advantages of dying from an an awake state, not being in a coma or asleep or blown to pieces. You get the full brunt of your new reality before you leave. What a blessing!

I've encountered this experience all three ways and in my vision 30 some years ago I died consciously that is how I knew what it was before I ever heard about all the rest of this. Some argued that it was possibly a lingering memory from a previous life, but no the items in the room did not exist then.

I put this under receptive PSI because I don't think there was much effort on Steve's part to have the experience he was just relaying what awaits us all.
