Yes, I know he's supposed to be an ex-Force Recon Combat Medic. That doesn't make him an expert on homeless drug habits by default.

It does make him a candidate for being a PTSD sufferer. Which is not unknown among viewers.

Hmm...So God doesn't listen anymore? So does that mean that "upper management" takes care of all this such as "Seraph" and "Archangels" the highest choir of the Angelic hierarchy? And what of Archangels that were demoted to Saints by the hand of man and not god? Does that make saints "middle management"??

You mean this guy Cannibalism, Necrophilia and religiosity. That's a triple check on this Luka Magnotta guy, caught already by the Germans and returned to the Canadians on July 19th. Of course this Luka Magnotta is just one guy though and yes he taped the cannibalism and necrophilia and it's all over the internet...
