I have yet to achieve truly tackling a RV target in the dream state, but was interested if anyone here has.  I have, however, had crystal clear impressions, not associated with a tasking through lucid dreaming.   If you listen to what Dale Graff, and Joe McMoneagle have said, some of the best work they have seen has come from this state.  It is a state in which I believe the ego can be totally circumvented, allowing pure data transfer.

Thanks for your constructive input.

This is somewhat related...We did a "facebook dream/rv experiment" for chits and giggles...

A few of the members that participated apparently got pretty good hits.

I had this crazy idea that it would be cool if we had a "Remote Viewing Party" at a "Target Site". The idea was to bring an object to "show and tell" to the group. The "address of the party" was the "Target Site"... in our case it was a coordinate, which was "7144/0125".

The directions I posted were:  Go to the coordinates 7144/0125 before you go to sleep, create the "intention" to go to those coordinates at the specified time...and when you get there, just hang out in the area.

Again, the emphasis was to bring an object to show and tell to the group. Intention is key. Intention is your ticket. Intention is your passport.

My theory was that we would "see" other remote viewers with their objects...during the party.

Participants were asked to report back the interesting objects that THEY THEMSELVES brought and also report back the objects they saw OTHER PEOPLE BROUGHT with them.

Apparently there were "supposedly some hits"...

These are some of the things that other people said THEY BROUGHT.
- A box of matches.
- An inflatable green alien.
- An Alien vs. Predator dog tag
- A skull
- A crystal globe
- A golden Buddha
- A chicken egg
- A heart with fake diamonds
- A dog's claw

I'll dig up the results and post them when I get home.

I've posted elsewhere in the TKR forums about "The California Dreamin" lottery method. Over the years I've tried quite a few different methods to win the CA Daily 3 lottery. The one that worked the best turned out to be a dream method, not RV at all. This produced 4 wins in c. 200+ tries. This is much better than chance odds since chance is about 1 in 333 for the pick 3 lottery. I made a little money during that period. However, it was disruptive of sleep, very tiring!

It is something of a moot point to determine exactly when information from a target starts to get perceived from the moment in time that a viewer receives a target tag.

I guess the ideal for somebody producing RV session data is to be able to produce it as quickly as possible, under all circumstances, to the best possible standard.

I'm not convinced that approach is actually in the viewer's best interests though. In the long term. You can overdo any activity.

But, stamina builds up from repitition. So those that have a lot of experience in tackling targets. who appreciate the quirks that happen in their own perception and can used them to get more information from an RV target, tend to be more confident about the process at the very least.

Thanks for the input and replies.  I would be interested to hear more Alexispoquiz, and I will re-read your experiences with California Dreaming Jon.

Would anyone consider participating in an ongoing Dream RV experiment?

I could whip out a protocol to follow for the duration on the trial.  My hypothesis is that RV data from dreaming is quite accurate.  However, dreaming and lucid dreaming is very inconsistent for most people.  The benefit of having many viewers going to bed each night with the intention of having a lucid dream regarding a target, would increase at least the potential to get data from any given target.  A group effort, even if only one or two people contribute to a target by achieving a lucid dream and exploring the target.

I am thinking an ARV setup to make it interesting.  Maybe a week for a target, then move on if no data so that predictions can be tied to a specific sporting event?  If there is data for the target, I can post the prediction, and of course follow up with feedback after the event.

I don't want anyone losing sleep over this, like Jon indicated happened to him.  But intention to have the lucid dream, explore the target, and record the impressions, for many viewers, may result in enough spontaneous lucid dreams over the course of a week.

Any takers?

Do you have a facebook account?

https://www.facebook.com/events/402148666488225/

You should be able to access the actual event details of what we did, how I described it, who participated, their comments, etc...

This would be the easiest route... If that's not an option, let me know and I'll try to do a copy and paste.

Hello everyone,
I've long been interested in lucid dreaming RV (LDRV) but I have to say that I've never been all that successful at it.  The biggest problem for me has always been that it requires a double-pronged effort and a dedication and commitment on 2 different levels - 2 separate and unique, though obviously related, skills.  There have been times in my life - 7-8 years, actually - during which I was able to remote view at a very intense level.  I consistently did 2-4 practice sessions daily.  And my results showed it.  I was very accurate and got lots of detail back then with very little incorrect information mixed in with the good stuff.  But it's been a long time since I've had the free time to do that amount of daily practice - and unfortunately, my results show that, too.

I also tried to devote a lot of effort to lucid dreaming at different times.  I bought and read  several of Stephen LaBerge's books over and over (he's pretty much the undisputed scientific expert on LDs, I believe).  They helped alot.  But the pressures and responsibilities of daily life always got in the way.  I couldn't maintain enough of a sustained effort to ever become truly accomplished at it.

For all my work, I think I only made target contact a handful of times through LDRV and only really had a direct hit once or twice.  I do remember one, though, that was amazing in its' amount of accurate details.  But only one.

These days, I believe the best approach is to practice both disciplines separately until a consistently high success rate is achieved in both.  Once your RV results have settled down into a consistent product, and are pretty reliable, then try it through lucid dreaming.  First however, I think it's probably best to practice lucid dreaming until you can do it pretty reliably, say one LD nightly or maybe every other night.  Some people reach a level at which they can have 3-4 LDs nightly, practically on command.  Finally then, I'd try RVing in the LD state.  I think if you try it too much before then, you might be setting yourself up for failure and frustration (I know I would be, lol).

LaBerge offers several methods that work well.  His mnemomic method seems to be the most consistently successful.  But, like anything worth doing, it requires a lot of practice.

Now that I'm thinking about this subject again, I've once again got the itch to try it.  But I need to follow my own advice and get back into practice with regular old RV first, lol.  Or maybe practice LDing until I can do that regularly.  I'm leaning toward the latter right now because these days my interest in RV just isn't what it once was and LDs offer a whole range of consciousness/reality intersects to explore.

Hi Don,

Thanks for the insightful reply.  I agree that LD offers a world of experience that is second to none, much better than my waking life.  I personally think WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming) is the ticket to more frequent Lucid Dreaming.  When I was practicing this regularly, I was able to have 3-5 lucid dreams a night, although not every night.  The feeling of transitioning from being awake, to being aware in the dream state, is a wonderful experience in itself......the vibrations, the "static", and the "snap" of consciousness in to the lucid state.  At first, it takes a bit of work to get through these, and not wake yourself from the excitement or overthinking, but I found it did get easier.  It did leave me tired on many mornings though.

I would diverge from your opinion that it would be best to become proficient in RV first, and then marrying it to LD.  I guess the way I look at it, it is two separate animals.  The only thing I contextualize in marrying the two, is using the basic RV protocol, the simple view that Joe McMoneagle endorses.  It is certainly not about staying in structure while lucid dreaming, or lucid dreaming that you are doing a CRV session.

I believe that in the dream state, as I have caught glimpses of, the data can indeed be crystal clear and eerily accurate.  Much more so than the fragmented data that is usually associated with RV.  I guess traditional RV frustrates me in that regard.  I would probably be more content get crystal clear data, even if much less frequently.  From your one session with awesome data, Don, would it not be easy to see this pure target contact for the analyst?

Anyway, thanks again for the discussion, as it has re-affirmed for me that this will be my main focus for now.

Take care.

hi, we had a dream the lottery, type experiment not that long ago. we ended up using a few methods, dream rv, dowsing, future self, to come up with the numbers. We had about 12 trials, they were very successfull odds wise and there was an air of syncronicity throughout the experiment. we had 5-6 of the winning numbers a couple of times and always came up with a few of the winners. we were all poor and couldnt cover our numbers well enough to make money, yet it was a great experiment, it was once a week which was too frequent and tiring. I did save and scan some of the tickets onto my computer. I will compile everything into a pdf, one day.

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". This project owes thanks to the archives of the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source and to the project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom for TKR.

This project is founded, programmed, designed and $-sponsored by Palyne as a community service. All website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to P.J. Gaenir. Viewers and taskers always own their own content of course. Registered members are welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link: http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.
