Target 10 - Due FEB 22, 2013
« on: February 07, 2013, 06:28:41 AM »
Great start on the previous Target - well done all!
So lets get on to this next one.

0702 - 1111

Note:

Go as far as you can in the CRV stages that you feel comfortable with - lets see how you are progressing.
Any CRV questions - just ask here or in PEM

Due -FEB 22nd, 2013.

I will be looking for correct format first, accuracy second in the sessions.
If you get your session in early enough I may re-task you on a part or parts of your data to go back and get more for me.
Send your sessions to me @ daz.smith@gmail.com

I will collect them all, write a few notes and when all gathered will put them online here - for us to discuss - so be prepared for your work being here - in public.

Please note:
The sessions have to be scanned-in and converted to pdf format. You all have to start to get into the process of treating and submitting work correctly - anything not done as scanned pages to pdf wont be reviewed.

Format:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Scan you pages and compile as an optimized .pdf file.
If you don't have .pdf there are many free tools online for doing this - a quick Google search will get you many.
Save/scan the images at 150-300dpi black and white (this keeps the file size down).
If you need help with this then email me.

Summary
-----------------------------------------------------------
I would like a typed session summary as well for your session.
Don't take ages on this - just type a summary of the key information - there are plenty of summary examples on my site for an idea on this. Here is an example: http://www.remoteviewed.com/files/11.4.09/climate_sydney.pdf
the actual summary is the last page (14). Add the summary to the .pdf as well please.

As well as helping with general RV/CRV - hopefully the mentoring and our work together will also help you with key skills to help present your RV data for future clients, projects and needs.

Any questions then ask - email me at the address above.
Don't forget have fun - its not a race - the key is to learn something!

I look forward to working with you all.

All the best...
Daz

Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

I didn't send one in this time.  I was struggling with it and when I finally did get something (after trying to view several times no less), my form was a mess.  I did the ideograms several times and was getting no stage 2 to speak of...went straight to stage 3.  And, in the middle of it, I wrote down a dream that I had after I fell asleep when I was... uh...supposed to be viewing.  lol   Obviously, this isn't coming so easily.
:(   I didn't feel that I had much to turn in.  But, I would be interested to see if anything I did get was on target...

same here Mal , phew is the right word, This one was a cracker of a target. I'm looking forward to the reveal.

Janine I was nearly going to give up on this one also, don't worry about it, the next one will be better, but don't fall asleep during a session that's a no. no. in RVing, I have done it in the past and maybe others have also.
I believe that sometimes if there is something that your not ready to view, your inner self puts up a block
I'm not saying this is the case, it may be that your over stressing on the out come. we are all new students to this and learning even seasoned RVers will tell you that good and bad days are to be expected, Just be prepared and unafraid that your session doesn't reflect to the target and that's when you will learn and progress further. Meditation if  I get the opportunity Plays a big part in my pre-session warm ups relaxing the mind and destressing helps a lot.

I never learned the fine points of meditation, regretfully.  No classes around here.   I did seem to be having an unusually hard time with this session...and I think I am much slower than the rest of you at this anyway.  For those people who can do a session in an hour or less, I am so-oo jealous!  I did a couple of pages of ideograms, but most of my impressions were off-the-wall (and I suppose I can mention them as the time is up :) ranging from a quote from Carl Sandberg "the fog comes on little cat feet", to men in a restaurant, to a name "Stedman", to a speedboat running off the coast of a city, to a man on a gurney at a hospital, to an autonomous drawing that resembled nothing so much as the Sydney Opera House...or a giant hat, depending on how I looked at it.  LOL   Mostly AOLs...very few descriptors to ground anything.

And, running through it all, I kept thinking about Ingo Swann, and when I feel asleep, I dreamed about Ingo with a cut over to the speedboat which reappeared in my dream...   Ingo was on the roof of some tall building, wearing a white shirt, and he had his arms out to his sides about shoulder height with the palms facing me, and he said something(okay, make that I sensed he was saying something to me :) ...just a phrase..."Hidden in plain sight."   I have no idea what that would be about...maybe just disjointed dream rambling?

I never had the privilege of meeting Ingo, which I truly regret, as I suspect most people do who have never had that honor in the RV field.  But...it was a peculiar dream.  He was looking right at me...this was odd in itself as I seemed to be floating a few feet off the ground.  LOL.   When I was completely awake, I wrote the whole dream down...but the only paper handy was the RV session I had started before I fell asleep.  You can imagine what that looked like by now... <G>   I deemed it better not to try to turn in something that was such a mess and only 3-4 pages at that.

lol  nah your not slow...my sessions can take a couple of hours easy...and i dont meditate as such....i just listen to music or theta waves and do a bit of self massage and breathing exercise beforehand...anyway the only way i can do sessions at all at the moment is too do them late into the night ...generally about  11pm - 3am just to get peace . . in fact i have yet to do a daytime session... and now my little one is at play school i may well do the next target about 2 in the afternoon!!
and that will be a shock to the system...
Sounds like you had a great experience . .  and who knows . .  i hope you kept your session ...  sometimes our subconcious ..gives us the basic shape of something we have really looked at in detail and uses it to convey as something you have not really truly looked at...i think thats why artists seem to have an advantage with rv. . .they really look at things in detail whereas generally most people dont...its something i have just started to appreciate ...when i look at something now i am amazed at what i missed the first few thousand times i just sort of glanced at it . .  its a bit like a good film  ...  theres underlying layers of humour and wit you dont get all at once... the main thing is   do not give up on RV or yourself...we all have different speeds and learning curves ...and above all else ... being fast at learning something does not mean you will be the best . . just practice...  eg i did 4 hours of ideogram practice today and its fried my brain  bit now  ..but tomorrow when i go back to it it will be that little bit faster and easier ...just do a little bit of rv a day... wether its reading up on it ideogram practice or structure...just a little bit a day and you cant get worse ...just better ...thats what i think anyway....as Daz has said to me before...think of it as a long term goal ..set yourself small targets...and the bigger goals will be easier.. :)   please share how close you got on your unsubmitted data anyway... i,m sure you wouldve done ok
Kind Regards,
Mal

I do most of my viewing between 11:00 and 3:00 at night as well, although I have tried various times...just fewer distractions in general, I guess.  I recently tried moving around trying different locations in my house.  I moved to my bedroom a couple of sessions ago and had one of my best (IMO) sessions so far when I viewed the Conservatory at the Bellagio in Las Vegas for Lyn and Teresa's target webinar (although they may not agree with that assessment  ;)

It has been around a year since I decided to try my *RV experiment* and I have done somewhere between 24-28 sessions, I think.  I started with one page and no structure at all...   My recent Bellagio session was 13 pages, IIRC...my longest one ever.  It just seemed to flow as if I were more relaxed, so I thought "Ah-Ha! This is the best place to view!"  That lasted until I tried the next session...   ???   Sometimes it does seem as if I cannot get anything at all, just a blank wall in my mind... and other times (more rarely) it is like I am getting impressions almost before I finish the ideograms.

Daz has told me to spend time practicing my ideograms and I did for a few weeks (nothing like you are doing, I admit).  I think my ideograms have improved, but as they still don't come naturally, I have found that practicing them a few minutes before my session helps them flow.  I still draw things that don't mean anything to me, though...I suppose I need to develop and practice more ideograms.  I only know a handful.  How long have the rest of you been viewing?

i normally only do about 30 mins ideo practice per day buttoday i wanted to set a ertain speed target and i hit a few walls along the way until i got there... i tookbreaks inbetween of course lol

i have only been doing this for about 9 monthes but have dabled in a few things beforehand...

Anyway i have a lot to learn still and in a strange way like it just as much when i miss target as when i hit it . .  because it gives me stuff to look at where i went worng and off track in session... although i have ot a little better at controlling that lately... famous last words :D...
Kind regards,
Mal

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". All viewers from all paths are welcome. Everyone has an opinion and don't think any you see represent TKR (even if volunteer staff, who are viewers too, say it) or the RV-subject or the RV-field: for every viewer with one viewpoint, there are many with different perspectives too. If you don't see yours represented, step up and add it!

Feel welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project or RV, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link:
http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or

This clearly indicated that belief and disbelief played some kind of psychological role regarding positive and negative manifestations of ESP. [ . . . ] That the basis for rejecting and debunking ESP might not reside in logic and reason, but in the fact that disbelievers were dysfunctional regarding it, came as something of a bombshell.
