I love Ethereum. Oh please God give me more money to put into Ethereum -- and the psychic powers to predict it. :-)

Recently, HowMuch.net analyzed the transaction speeds of six of the largest cryptocurrencies by market cap relative to payment service giants Visa (NYSE:V) and PayPal (NASDAQ:PYPL). The results, as you'll see, demonstrate some striking differences between traditional payment networks and digital currencies, as well as within the cryptocurrency market itself.

Total transactions per second:
    Visa: 24,000
    Ripple (CCC: XRP-USD): 1,500
    PayPal: 193
    Bitcoin Cash (CCC: BCH-USD): 60
    Litecoin (CCC: LTC-USD): 56
    Dash (CCC: DASH-USD): 48
    Ethereum (CCC: ETH-USD): 20
    Bitcoin (CCC: BTC-USD): 7

I think EOS is a much better buy than Ethereum. It has a lot more potential - at least according to "EOS Nation". Dan Larimer is the main person behind it, having been instrumental in building Steemit and BitShares.

I bought it at $1.67 and $7 and it is now $13, but probably still a good buy.

According to Dan Larimer it will have very high TPS as well, much higher than VISA or the blockchains listed in the previous post.

Thanks JonK, what site do you like for trading this? I'm concerned with identity theft.

According to its people :-)  Yeah they all say that :-)  Good tip though thanks!

Mike, did you read ESP Wars? I finally got around to getting it on Kindle but I haven't got time to read it for quite awhile so if you have amazon I could loan it to you if you like.

Jon I owe you an email and a thanks for your book. I have read it in pieces and keep putting off writing you until I could say I'd read it entirely but life keeps not working out that way. Appreciate it very much, glad you made the effort, has been interesting so far. :-)

I haven't read that, did you like it a lot? Any chance you'll write a review on Amazon or Goodreads that we can read? I don't know what an Amazon ebook reader is, never used one. Thanks for the offer.

PJ, I look forward to an email about my book - thanks for buying and reading it!

Mscir:  For EOS, try Exodus wallet/exchange, although they often make EOS and a few others coins "Temporarily unavailable". You have to catch the open windows for those coins. Binance is another exchange you can buy EOS on.

PJ, I'm reading Human Devolution by Michael Cremo, author of the excellent Forbidden Archaeology, it's a great read and I bet you'd like it. The library here has several copies, maybe yours does too.

Jon K, thanks! gdax.com looks really well put together but they want a _lot_ of personal info and I don't want to give that out indiscriminately. Do you use any of the exchanges you recommended, and do you trust them?

Mscir: I have used Binance and I have the Exodus wallet on my desktop. I trust Exodus more - my coins are safer there than on an online exchange. But Binance has a pretty good reputation so far.

For GDAX: as you probably know, your account there is associated with Coinbase. You can buy BTC or ETH or LTC on Coinbase. You can transfer it free to GDAX without a fee, and then from GDAX to an exchange if you want to purchase altcoins. If you transfer directly from Coinbase to another exchange, you pay quite a fee, esp. for BTC.

It is cumbersome to purchase altcoins - you have to go through something like this using BTC or on some exchanges ETH or LTC, to purchase altcoins.

I haven't read any of May's fairly recent publications... been distracted by other things in life.

crypto: I use coinbase - very easy for bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum (now has wallet, bc cash and us$). I don't have much money mind you so my investments are barely worth mentioning. And I'm sure everyone including me can sigh in unison for all the crypto we didn't buy when it was sooooo much cheaper lol.

The devolution book sounds interesting -- I respect Cremo a lot. The title reminds me of the book 'Evolution's End' by Joseph Chilton Pearce. I read that six months after having a baby and wept for not having read it sooner. Had an interesting experience in a store once just after reading it, where for about 20 minutes, I could just intuitively see/understanding how the things he discussed were affecting every given person I focused on. Sort of a psi thing I think, or subconscious. Mindblowing.

Totally unrelated: I am learning Esperanto (a constructed language) online. So fun. (duolingo.com)

* TEN THOUSAND ROADS REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING PROJECT

Since its opening in 2003, the TKR Project has created and sponsored online opportunities for Remote Viewers and Dowsers. We provide free information, and community for all viewers (of all psychic methods, backgrounds, experience, and perspectives on psi), and an array of software utilities and projects offering real-time viewing within an appropriate RV protocol.

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project is independently managed and webmastered by a diverse collection of viewers from around the "online RV field". All viewers from all paths are welcome. Everyone has an opinion and don't think any you see represent TKR (even if volunteer staff, who are viewers too, say it) or the RV-subject or the RV-field: for every viewer with one viewpoint, there are many with different perspectives too. If you don't see yours represented, step up and add it!

Feel welcome to excerpt text or screenshots to communicate about the project or RV, and we always appreciate links back to us! Try this link:
http://www.dojopsi.info/forum/ for the forum, or
http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ for the hands-on viewing area.

* Quotable Quotes

This clearly indicated that belief and disbelief played some kind of psychological role regarding positive and negative manifestations of ESP. [ . . . ] That the basis for rejecting and debunking ESP might not reside in logic and reason, but in the fact that disbelievers were dysfunctional regarding it, came as something of a bombshell.
