PJ, maybe you're already aware, but Wave VII will take you up to F21.
I don't remember whether there's a stop at F15 along the way on any
of the Wave VII tracks, but if there is, you could stop the tape/CD
at that point and hang out in F15.
F12 is my favorite focus level. I've had some great experiences
there, or experiences that began there, anyway.

Moderator's note: Hiya Karl. Yeah I know, but the F21 & up stuff is a little out
of this world. :-) And this'll sound stupid but I'm just not into the sound of
those. I listened to them for awhile, they have this sort of... not music, but
musical sounds... I just didn't like them nearly as well as the "ocean surf"
sound of the F12. There is 15 on the way up but it's not broken out really, or
I'd do a wav capture and loop on it in Cakewalk. I have lately been doing more
hemi-sync inspired meditation than actual RV, but I kinda feel that's a decent
place to begin again anyway... -- PJ

Eric, the best way to approach the CDs would be to release your
expectations. Look at them as little gift-wrapped surprises,
and be open to anything that you experience.
OBE is out-of-body experience; TMI is the Monroe Institute.
Some folks do the CDs or attend programs at TMI with the
expectation that they'll have an OBE. They often don't get one,
but they'll have some kind of experience that's even better for
them, personally. That's why it's a good idea to not expect
something specific when doing the CDs.

Thanks Karl-
I dont really have any specific expectations, just learning how to
meditate, ignore my immediate surroundings and concentrate inward.
The CDs have been great thus far. I do think that listening to them
will expand my connection to the old subconcious, which in turn
should help out my budding RV skills (makes sense from what I have
read). But I dont expect an OBE anytime soon. And thanks
for 'splaining the acronyms.
So far- they've been quite a wild ride. Once I start resonant
tuning, I really lose my physical self. Freaky, but cool, like a
scary roller coaster. Scared during the ride, but something inside
me wants to get back in line, again and again... heh heh.
Thanks for your feedback. And PJ, thanks for understanding this was
still an RV related thread.
Eric
