Moderator's note: Lian I hope you don't mind but I'm posting this without the
abstracts, as it made it very long, and lots of text should usually just have a
URL ref -- as all these do.  This issue sounds interesting!

For those of you who don't know, this online journal gathers thinkers and
scientists in a variety of fields who do research and discussion on
'interdisciplinary' topics, many of which are frankly too interesting for the
mainsteam. :-)   PJ
