Umm, I think part of it is the soul connection. If I go to a crowded
mall with family members, and we get separated, I can close my eyes
and focus on their specific energy and find them out of all those
people and stores. Kinda the same thing, but on the astral plane.
For searching, I usually use a pendulum or close my eyes and let my
fingers move across the map. Then when i have the general area down,
I get more specific and try to see them. I'm not at all familiar
with books or anything on rving, I taught myself once I realized
what it was. If i'm talking to someone on the phone or online, I
tune into them and then I just get a picture in my mind of them and
ask them a few things, like what are you wearing and stuff like that
to make sure that I'm really seeing them and not my own imagination.
In a search, I close my eyes and breathe deep for a couple minutes,
then in my mind see a staircase. Then walk down them counting down
from 10. At the bottom of the staircase is a door, i open it and go
inside. It's like foggy or misty, it clears away and I see them. A
few times have been better than others, as with anything. Sometimes
it turns into bilocation, and they can smell me and feel it when I
touch them. But I've noticed that in bilocations, I cant hear
anything or speak at the other place. So i can be touching them on
the shoulder and trying to whisper in their ear, but they cant hear
me. And i cant hear them. Oh well :)

Hi everyone :) My first name is Tricia. I've been
studying the occult, parapsychology, and stuff like
that since i was 12, I'm 21 now. ever since i was
young i could see things like auras. But as i got
older and never worked on making it better, it became
harder and harder to do it. Just now i'm able to do
those things again. And when I was 18 I did my first
remote viewing, i was talking to a friend on the phone
and saw him and where he was and everything. At the
time he was in Arkansas, and I was in Minnesota and
had never been there. He said that i could describe it
all in exact detail. I seem to be able to do it better
with people that I know really well or am searching
for them. And sometimes when friends and even
strangers describe their memories from childhood, I
can see that and describe who was there, what they
were wearing, and the general emotions. Since then,
I've been trying to do that and other things like
pendulums, dowsing, ESP cards, tarot cards. I'm really
good with pendulums and tarot. Right now I'm really
trying to work on remote viewing, so I'm hoping you'll
let me join your group :)

Hi Bill,

There are a few different possibilities that strike me as possible.
One, you made contact out in astral with an energy that took a liking
to your energy and wants some more of you.  They give you pleasure
and you give them what they seek. There are both positive and
negative implications here. First, something tagged you and you don't
know if it is good or bad. You don't know how much of you it wants.
And possibly it won't give you anything you don't or can't get in any
conventional means.

Another possibility is you met someone here in this realm who likes
you and wants to screw you in astral. Astral sex is just as good as
any other sex and believe me, an astral orgasm which can last easily
an hour or more may be more enjoyable than the "real" thing. Again,
what are they after. If it is just a good 'ol romp, hey no harm no
foul.  If they want to drain all your vital bodily fluids, well there
may be a problem. I say that a bit tongue in cheek but there are real
dangers in having someone who is that adept with energy tapping into
you. They can tag you, can mess with your energy, and even make you
physically ill or mess with your mind.

Another aspect is it could be someone you know from a prior
incarnation making love and feeling your energy again after a long
hiatus. That usually isn't so bad, just follow your gut in all these
things, and if something feels off, it probably is.

Thanks for the reply.Sounds like blunt good advise to
me. Most people dance around the issue of astral
sex..Nice to hear a woman  speak so bluntly about it.
A friend of mine has aided in setting up some wards
that hinder any negative forces getting thru. So that
should decide the issue. Anything that gets thru now
has to have good intentions..

Well Bill, as you will notice I don't dance around any issues. I don't
really see the need to, and think that everything is ok as long as no one is
harmed and it is invited or allowed. I think that is what bothered me with
your post, is that you were not just allowing it. Something set you off.

I have had univited energy sent my way.  It's what drew me deeper into this
mystical path.  I likened it to what St. Teresa of Avila spoke of in
Contemplation. An ecstasy that is both blissful and painful. I told a friend
the other day to compair it to having an orgasm about 100 times better than
your best and breaking all your ribs at the same time. I am used to it now,
and though soul touching usually isn't that intense it can get pretty deep.

As for wards, it depends on the magician involved. I have been involved in
some pretty big witch wars and it all came down to who had the bigger and
better guns.  I don't like such things as they are very draining and usually
involve someone over inflated ego.

It's great is one does not get hit, but once the battle begins, most of the
time you will find a test of wills, and those who have the know how will win
out in the end. That is what I meant by bigger and better guns.   Numbers
matter as well, because we get tired eventually and once you rest your wards
had better stay in place, but there is almost always a way around, under,
through a ward. Or, just send a hord of demons after them, they are very
persistent and many don't know how to deal with them very well either.

It just depends on the price the opponent is willing to pay. That is also
why any good group will have a healer or two mixed in with them to help fix
energy wounds. This may sound very wierd to anyone who has not experienced
it, but an energy battle really isn't any fun.  It does have one positive
though and that is it tests your mettle and shows you what you are and are
not ready for.

I firmly believe there are people in nut houses, excuse me, hospitals, and
prisons who got involved with something they which they really had no
business being there.  Neophytes want to step ahead before their time risk
some problems.

On another note:  I once read there was also technology the Russians had
that could trap an energy form i.e. RV person who should not have gone
there. Does anyone have information to back that up?
