Namaste,
I, too, have been working on Chris Reeve as a healing target since the
accident.  I include the others in his family and the others who have the
same type of injury or health challenge in my love rays, but he has a very
receptive spirit, it seems to me.
Tiny rootlets on the wheatberries, smiles on the faces of children, dogs
bouncing in greeting (food! food! Pet me!)

Hi PJ,

On another list we were asked to post memorable sessions so since it's
still on my mind I'll share it with the folks here as it was truly
memorable for me.  This had more
to do with remote healing but used "rv" type techniques as taught by Pru
Calabrese at Lyn Buchanan's P.S.I. workshop conference in Florida in June.

I hope that by sharing this, I may share the merit and meaning of this for
me with you alls and that we may all be further inspired in the great power
of this work.

At Lyn's conference this year, I had the
opportunity to do a remote healing exercise and the target turned out to be
Christopher Reeve.  My session, in effect, astounded me, as I was tasked
blind...at least single blind.

A co-worker of mine recently mentioned to me that Christopher Reeve was in
the news and the article below just came to me.

I would never say that "I" am responsible for any kind of healing or
progress that has occurred/is occurring as I do not believe that in any
way....but it's true that my session did in fact seem to resonate greatly
with Reeve and what is coming forth for him... and it's always great when
affirming feedback is revealed.

These are some the descriptors that came to me in the session and these are
all organized in an ordered form in the actual session according to the
methodology that was taught.

cramping, constricted, beauty, energeticness, holding back, restricted,
wheelchair, handicapped, up against a brick wall, heaviness, weight,
circulation, memory of [being] lithe, yearning, helplessness,
vulnerability, spiritual orientation, peaceful mind, limping, lost limb,
stroke?, jolted, numb or missing leg, shock to upper spine, shock to
nervous system, a male, looking outward, joy, peace, resignation,
acceptance to whatever is - but hope is conscious too, fear, solitude, [a]
restless solitude, never happened, fear, can't change, can't be with that.

In my healing vision, I saw a man in a wheelchair flying over a rainbow
with a sense of exhilaration and freedom, but this was of a spiritual
feeling, not in the physical.  The "rx" was living One Day at a Time in
Gratitude and to see the movie Fierce Grace (that is, Ram Dass - Fierce
Grace).

The following is an excerpt from a recent Sept 15th article from here:

"A home video shot by Reeve's son Matthew suggested the most famous
quadriplegic in the world (with the possible exception of the scientist
Stephen Hawking) had made a remarkable recovery. He had begun to wiggle the
toes on his left foot and to move the fingers on his left hand. Sensation
was returning, he said. He could feel the difference between hot and cold,
sharp and dull, and he could detect a pinprick anywhere on his body. Best
of all, he could feel the his family's hugs. "To be able to feel the
lightest touch, it's really a great gift," he said. "The fact is that even
if your body doesn't work the way it used to, the heart and the mind and
spirit are not diminished. It's as simple as that.

"Biologically, the realisation of his dream of walking again seems a very
long way off, but psychologically, the man who once played Superman has
already demonstrated the triumph of his seemingly superhuman will."

Joanie,

A wonderful story.  But please don't discount your role in it.  We are all much
more than we think we are.  In my experience, miracles are always possible.  It
seems to work like this: the healer and the stricken are in 'cahoots' with each
other; they have an agreement on a deep subconscious level.  The stricken person
ALWAYS can turn down the energy of healing if he/she wants, but when they are
open to it and accept, then anything is possible.

Coincidentally, I have more than once worked on Reeve as a healing
target for several years.  For some reason, his plight -- and his
grace in dealing with it -- just really moved me.  I wonder how many
others around the world have been spontaneously inspired along these
lines.

I once read a sci-fi story in 8th grade where prison had been
replaced by all the locals gathering in an arena, with the criminal
on stage, and an announcer would focus all their attention on, for
example, making his arm burn up -- he would be screaming in agony.
That was the punishment: the people as a group had the psychic energy
to essentially do anything, and the community 'punished' a person --
and then let them get on with life.  It was a trippy story that made
me think on it for years.  The ability of a population as a whole,
with attention properly focused, to make anything happen.

People might be interested to know that besides tasking the entire
class at the PSI conference with CHrisopher Reeve, Pru has also used
Reeve as a target for quite a number of other training seminars.  So
many many people have indeed worked on him as a healing target.  It
certainly would not surprise me if all those combined efforts have
contributed to his small improvement.  In fact, I find it quite
likely.

Hi Eve,

OK this may cause fainting spells in Salt Lake City,
but what can I say! In the session with "Madonnas best
sexual episode", I had some things happen   that never
happened in other sessions. The target actually
interacted with me. It occured to me to "feel etc. the
target"     and it RESPONDED to those sensories in a
surprising way! LOL... It got me wondering after
seeing what the target was if I was connecting back
thru time to the actual episode...:-)
