Guess what.  I know I still have to finish putting up Mel Riley's
interview (better late than never...), and we have a few others on
the list to interview, but today I asked Bill Ray, a viewer in the
stargate program for several years, if he'd consider doing an
interview with us:

LOL.  Well I may have misinterpreted the data received.  I thought you said,

meant something else entirely, such as "Hell stems from love of money" or
perhaps "Do you like Cheese?"  I think if Bill's interview is to have the

Hi Scott.  Bill Ray was I believe the third person trained by Ingo Swann, and I
could be wrong about this detail but I think the last one to be trained to Stage
6 or 7.  So, he is from the CRV era (post-1984).  Bill's wife is native american
and he has a long interest in celtic and native philosophies.  I've found him to
be one of more laid back, warm and humorous of the crew.  On the old VWR list
archives he went by the alias "Liam."  -- PJ

I was under the impression that Bill preferred ERV,but
was fully trained in CRV also. Perhaps that should be
one good question..

Which form of RV do you prefer and why?

He also likes to ask questions to people he encounters
during ERV trips to gather information..a form of
telepathy.. which sounds almost like bilocation.. so
another question.. How often do you find bilocation
occurring?

I'd like to know how often he does sessions, if he
astral projects? Is RV-sex possbile  to good
bilocators or ERVers( he may pass on that question..)?

Whats the most exciting session he ever did and can
talk about.. ? What's the most exciting session he
can't talk about..(G). Does he still work for the DOD
intelligence.

Does he think an active military RV program would
locate Sadam and Osama any faster than is now
occurring?

Does he forsee any big developements in RV or related
psi..in the next decade?

More questions for Bill Ray:

The explanation of ERV experience seems closer to what happened to me...Is
it usual who has been used in this way to have a little anxiety about
possible (engram)  programming problems or dangers to others?  How does one
know if all is well, all is safe?

It is quite obvious that this type of trip could be used by those who donšt
have good intentions.  How can we assist our children to be protected and
unable to be used for bad intentions.

I actually remember some full body pleasures involved with this experience,
perhaps just a test, but I also am curious to know if this might ever just
for fun!

Do people who have shared space contact in this way usually become
infatuated with one another?  Or is this only something that happens to the
weaker party involved?

Hi PJ!  Good point.  Oooookay --more specifically, I'd be interested to
know:

** How he feels about RI, in general, and then:
** Healing (esp. distance healing)
** Influence on circumstances and objects
** Psychic influence on uninformed/unwilling subjects
** All of the above across what we physically experience as "time,"
"backward" and "forward."
** Any other aspects of RI that you or he happen to think of.
** If he wants to illustrate with experiential examples, that would be very
interesting, too.

How did Bill get drafted into the program?

How much training did he get and by who before he was considered operational?

Well the questions are limited to submission from pjrv members.  I'm not
offering to do an interview from the whole world to Bill, only from my list
members to Bill.  So I think for now I should probably keep it here.  I have
some plans rattling around in my head for celebrities (LOL) on the TKR board but
haven't fleshed 'em out fully yet. :-)  PJ
