Staff Bio - BentonI feel very blessed to be participating and in some small way contributing to the development of Remote Viewing. It seems like a very easy progress over a lifetime to get here. I am a husband and father of three daughters. I work as computer technician and instructor. I grew up in a religious home, in a small southern town, and my enthusiasm to learn and explore was always encouraged. The civil rights movement at the time got me interested in Martin Luther King Jr.'s teachings on non-violence, which got me interested in Gandhi, which led me to learning about Hinduism and Buddhism. Over my teen years I was reading a lot and very curious of spiritual and "supernatural" topics. I went off to college interested in being a minister, but found I couldn't find a doctrine I completely agreed with. I exited college with a degree in psychology and sociology, and later from grad school with a degree in Education and Counseling. I worked in the human services field for a decade or two as a counselor and teacher, and in those years encountered many fascinating stories of transpersonal experiences. They fueled my interests in NDEs and kundalini, and I think it was my reading of Patanjali's yoga sutras that I got me interested in Remote Viewing. For the last few years I have been reading and experimenting with CRV and lately ERV, as I have been working on some software that utilizes binaural beats to assist me in working with ERV. I am that nerdy guy in grad school who actually liked statistics class, so I have a fondness and appreciation for the requirements of "science" in the RV research. I have come to believe that the study of RV is also the study of human reality and consciousness. I find it thrilling and incredibly important. Last updated: 07 July 2003

The Ten Thousand Roads (aka TKR) project was founded, is programmed and designed, sponsored and paid for by Palyne PJ Gaenir (see 'about the Founder') as a community service for the Remote Viewing field. It is managed by a diverse collection of viewers from around the 'online RV field' (see 'Project Info'). All the website names, content, graphics, and slogans are Copyright © (various dates until present) to Palyne Gaenir. For more info about TKR beyond this website, visit the RVwebForum and ask questions, or contact Palyne. This project owes thanks to the Firedocs Remote Viewing Collection for its primary visitor source, to viewer Joseph McMoneagle for setting such a darn good example for all viewers and dowsers, and to the private project Dojo Psi for building out its first RV software custom just for TKR's public project. |
