In the past before I had come across information like this I was aware of what I personally called Heart Magic, though I didn't know the connection when I was doing it. I have worked a great deal with 40hz meditation and think it is a fantastic mode to learn and study in using binaural recordings, even made some of my own.
While I believe using binaural recordings to induce the 40hz brainwave blocks me from remote viewing, if you can get there on your own it is also a great frequency to practice manifestation.
