Can a remote viewer accurately view something in the past?

Pat Price once RV'd water towers that had been demo'd.

do you ever dream you're someone else?
Technically you can view anything, anywhere, anywhen. Whether the viewer gets the timing element as data is up in the air, though.

A lot of RV targets include a photo. The idea is normally not to view the photo but to receive information about the target at the time the photo was taken. This means that most RV does involve viewing something in the past.

Sensations and impressions may include glimpses of the target, but are beyond just what is seen. Can you smell something in a picture, or feel it? If the mind isn't just inventing these feelings then yes, RV practitioners can perceive and experience events and settings from the past.
