C. Leigh Culver

Coordinated and Extended Remote Viewing Instructor and Martial Arts Expert

Leigh (a graduate of the Silva Mind Control program) is a previous board of directors member for the American Association of Remote Viewers (AARV). He is currently a board of directors member for the International Society for UFO Research, as well as, Noumen (Moscow), a Russian parapsychological research organization.

Leigh received his training in remote viewing from several assignees to the military remote viewing program a number of years ago. He is fully trained in "Coordinate Remote Viewing" (CRV) and "Extended Remote Viewing" (ERV).

Leigh has, also, spent three years researching remote viewing and other psi applications programs in Russia.

He has visited numerous psi labs in Russia that had originally been held as "secret" by the Russian
government.

Besides CRV and ERV, Leigh has also developed protocols and methodologies for Hypnotic Remote Viewing (hypnotically effected bilocation) based upon the Russian model.

In addition, Leigh is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Trauma Counselor and Nutritional Specialist. He is the director of Global Med-X (http://www.globalmed-x.com), a company providing medical support services for
international projects. He has worked numerous years in the medical field as a physician extender in various parts of the world, including Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Russia, Kazakhstan and West Africa.

Leigh holds black belts in three different martial arts disciplines and recently studied in Russia at what he considers the most advanced form of MA for personal survival, incorporating the science of bio-mechanics most fully.

Additional Martial Arts biographical information can be found at http://www.krasnodar.ru/kadochnikov/english/april_2001.htm

AARV (his background, it says) is a Texas group run (at least it used to be) by Ray Borden. Several people who had experience with the group PEM'd me and posted on my VWR list years ago.

As long as you take 'RV' to mean 'psi', and 'protocol' to not mean anything, I don't think there's much diff lol. It may have changed since back when people were reporting on it. Borden was a good friend of Jim Marrs, and maybe not surprisingly, some degree of government paranoid / conspiracy / mind control mood seemed to filter through many of the reports.

I especially liked that part where it referred to his "coordinated" RV. As opposed to controlled (or even coordinate) RV. I guess this answers that age-old question about whether you can view and chew gum at the same time? ;D

By the way, Leigh sounds like an extraordinary person. If his credentials were any longer he'd also be the first man in space, a neurosurgeon, a rock and roll star, a ...

Lucien is the Atlanta area instructor for Silva. Seems like a really nice man. I've talked to him a couple of times via email.

They no longer have "Graduate" classes but he must have enough people to have groups for it. I wish they had them here. Sounds like a guest speaker but I don't know. I thought they didn't use RV (the term) because it's copyrighted but I couldn't tell you where I got that from. Lucien doesn't post on the Silva board anymore. Things have changed up a lot. Just thought I'd throw that in lol (again). As far as Lee Culver, the name sounds familiar for some reason but it doesn't say he's an instructor.

HI guys,
I was taught CRV by Leigh in London in 1997.
Cant vouch for his creds although he is a trained paramedic ex mil, and did call me from Russia ( I checked the number) where he was teaching emergency medicine/techniques - all I Know im afraid - and he taught CRV well!

Back in 1997 he did some work with Pru - but then I lost contact with him.

he owns this company:

... which leads it to sound like that hyperpromo must have been written by the local group, and not by Leigh. ;-)

.... don't be ambiguious with your intent ~
Wish I had known about this earlier...July 21st....not enough time to make arrangements.

I'm a Silva graduate and would have loved to have been able to check this out.

Guess it wasn't meant to be....something else will 'happen' along....as it always does :D

Hi Daz,

I'd really be curious to hear anything else you'd care to share, details about his class and or relationship with Pru etc.

Just when I think I know of pretty much every player in this field, up pops someone else.

Thank you,
Gene Smith

PS: What did you mean by "all I Know im afraid"

Leigh taught me and 20 or so others CRV over four days in Regents park college in London - 1997. I was unemployed at the time but he communicated with me thru the original Stargate email boards and offered me a FREE place after we talked and got on well on the phone. AND believe me this doesnt happen in RV very Much! To this I will always owe him - he said he had enough to cover the course costs and that he felt it was right to teach me as I was so desperat at the time :)

We got on well and talked well into the wee hours on those four nites. Leigh was also a ufo researcher for one of the better research groups so he was quite reputable. He was very stocky and I could clearly see how he would fit in to special forces - Im a big guy, but he dwarfed me. Until this point I had only learnt SRV online - but he taught very well with lectures on the theory of RV/CRV and how it works, ideogram drills, practice sessions and even monitored sessions with newbie live. Stge 6 modelling - preety much the works...

The four days were totally exhausting and I managed to barter a copy of the CRV manual from him at the end of the course. I was just about to put it online when PJ did. Some of the students met up in london for the next year and did targets togther - but I think that fizzled out.

I cant remmber exactly but I think he remarked that he learnt from Ed MAy - but I may be wrong on this- its a while ago.

As far as I know and understand the methods he taught of CRV were true to form and he was very knowledgeable on the theory. And this was in late 1996/97 I forget which exactly.
I couldnt fault him on anything - especially his kindness towarrds me.

I know he and Pru worked togther on targets and local groups in the following year - then Im afraid I lost touch with him.

Just goes to show there are people out there who have a very good knowledge of RV and that NO-ONE has the full picture.
If hes giving a talk/classes then it should be good - hell my CRV and results are ok! :)

hope this helps...

A1,

He's an instructor with the Silva Method. All the contact information looks like it's there on the website you mentioned. He looks pretty active according to his calendar :) I wish I could go to the meeting and maybe redo the Graduate course and meet him in person. I had some health problems and he gave me some advice via email. So he seems like a really nice guy even though I've never met him. He had some health problems but it looks as if he's doing much better. Hope I'm not saying too much (which means I am, I guess). Someone likened him to Santa Claus lol :).

His picture is on one of those web sites. He does kinda look like Santa. I sent an E-mail. We'll see what happens. If nothing else, I found a place nearby that does Silva without having to go all ove the country to get in a big convention.

I have done the home study but it didn't do much for me. There is a big difference though being around a buch of people who know what they are doing and united in a purpose like that. The energy multiplies with additional people. The Rv class was that type of experience.

Maybe Silva is next? It seems to come highly recomended.

Thanks.

ISUR was a UFO discussion group and also published a newsletter.
It was a great organiization. I believe the main man was
Michael Lindemann who went on to other more mundane things.
He wrote a scifi novel named Excelsior. (Thanks PJ) It's a great read.

When ISUR closed down, the a new discussion group was created, junjun.com was created. It's the best UFO discussion group I have found. Drop by sometime. It has a link to a great UFO and related
search engine. Several members are into RV.

ISUR was based in Atlanta at the time Prudence calabrese was having her grey dude visits. My one great complaint to ISUR was that they never investigated this claim, right in their own back yard.

Rich

PS: I tried looking for ISUR on the Wayback archive and got some listings but no data behind the lists.
