RV Practice - getting lines crossed?
I've been doing practice sessions in the dojo by loading up random tasks and taking 15 mins to write down what I'm sensing. Sometimes I'm way off, other times I'm pretty much on target, but on occasion i seem to get the targets crossed.

For example, for a target i had down "long, white, submarine" and was way off, and the very next target was a drawing type image of a submarine with a big white area surrounding the sub representing waves/splashing.

Is it common to have targets crossed like this, would this just be because I'm doing 5 or 6 quick practice sessions in a row ? Any suggestions if there is a way to correct, I'm guessing I have to start doing longer more spread out practices ?

thanks for any input !

do you ever dream you're someone else?
Yes, it's not uncommon to "displace" as it's called, when you do tasks too closely. This should resolve with a lot more experience but is much more common early on. The primary means of staving it off is just to be extremely attentive to the separation of them mentally when you're going about it that way, and even talk with your mind (out loud if needed) about what you need and want.

It's usually considered best for learning results if you separate the efforts, and when you do well on one, don't do any more that day, and focus with positive emotion and reflection on having done well. In other words, if you had 5 planned but did well on task 1, you'd just do 1 that day.

In reality though I think just viewing, just do it, is the most important thing. All the details about what might be best are secondary to consistently doing it.

Just keep on going. this is part of the journey, probably just important to not to attach ourselves to those few incidents. carry on

Your mind is racing ahead, put some space between sessions. Try doing only 3 well spaced say 10 minutes apart sessions a day.

A personal recommendation is that if you commit to remote viewing every day, then follow this routine. Because you will be doing RV sessions every day this will work. Plan on 3 sessions. If you hit and are satisfied with the first one, stop! You are done for the day. Take extra care with each successive session. Stop at 3 misses. Stop at the first solid hit, pat yourself on the back and spend the rest of the day in the glow.

There are of course days when you just feel you have to drill on say insects, things with nebulous shapes, etc then yes you are going to have to fine tune things and that takes repetition in recognizing how each are represented in your mind.

Keep it Fun!
