In the latter half, physicist and remote viewing expert Marty Rosenblatt talked about consciousness, precognition, and the predictive capabilities of remote viewing. It was understood in quantum physics that "consciousness is fundamental," he cited, and it precedes the material or physical realm. Rosenblatt calls the force behind remote viewing and PSI phenomena, the Universe of Collective Consciousness or UCC. Functioning without boundaries, the UCC contains everything that consciousness touches including the past, present, and future-- a kind of ultimate oneness, he explained.
He detailed how Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) works by playing with possible future outcomes (usually two) wherein the "feedback target" is a photograph that is randomly assigned to represent an outcome. Rosenblatt's Applied Precognition Project helps people become "professional precognitives" who are paid for their services if their accuracy rate is reliable enough.
