Meditation and binaural stuff

Have been getting more consistent overall with adding meditation to the weekly agenda/tasks/what-not. I know we can meditate on our own and for free and I do that also. Have found that www.headspace.com has some cool guided meditations...really did help me become more mindful and sort of hone in on some nuances. There are some initial meditations that are free. I used them off and on for awhile but decided to sign up for the $12 per month a plan to access much more and glad I did. Also signed up for www.revolutioner.com where they have brainwave entrainment stuff with headphones with the binaural blended with music--set up for 12 minutes per day with varying brainwave stuff. Supposed to be so the brain doesn't get used to listening to the same old track each day as someone would who bought a Hemi-Sync CD. I like Hemi-Sync from the Monroe Institute and have done some of that also ever since I bought Robert Monroe's Gateway CDs way back in the mid-2k decade.
I find it hard to quantify how much all this may help with any combo of RV or psi in general but I do know that it makes me feel better and that is surely something good. I can't prove to anyone else that it may be helpful with psi, especially since I sometimes feel clueless about some issues and situations still, lol. But I think it has helped some with some spontaneous psi that seems to sort of come and go with me.

My library is well over a terabyte now.

I consider this link the best one in the world for which frequencies affect the body and how.
http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm

If you want to stay on the forefront of discovery relating to how frequencies affect the mind and body keep your eyes (and ears) open to new developments within the 110 (111) to 118 hz range.

As a very basic first step most of us will benefit from the Schumann Frequency of 7.83, another might experiment with 144.72 hz the frequency of Mars where I believe human biology was originally engineered. Regardless of where your soul originated Pleiades, Orion or other your biological system will feel centered if you attune yourself to the planet.

Ancient Star Walkers would lay on the ground with their head on and between two rocks to achieve this.

Hey, have fun with it there is so much out there,

Mycroft

I just read a book titled "The Energy Grid : Harmonic 695: The Pulse of the Universe" by Bruce Cathie. I bet some of his numbers and theories would translate well into these frequencies.

I've just Remote Viewed - Bruce Cathie the Harmonic Conquest of Space ( hist last book).

This deals with Brains. There is a chapter in that book now dedicate to Binural Beats. However his calculations are not Platonian i.e. we find that Schuman Resonances in is 7.8125 + 2.88 (Anti-Matter) which is 10.694444 normal Beta Range. His calculations are more complex, than mine. Thank you.

"His calculations are more complex, than mine." I have a couple couple of his books and that is probably an understatement.:)
