Sure. Even dowsing practice sometimes has that. Actually even RV often has that, if there is any time for it, a viewer might pick up something about the target (or even the literal name of the target) before the session starts or the instant someone begins to read the cue, even before it's out. I expect in reality our body/mind knows the answer before the question is even asked, and the minute they start talking, figures it now has permission to provide it. ;-)
