Remote Influence Yourself From the Future time of feedback?

When I see my feedback for the target I viewed, I look at it but not for very long. And I'm not attempting to actually send the data back in time to myself. I'm wondering if the data would be more accurate if the RVer (at the time they receive feedback about the target) stare at the target for hours (rather than just a few minutes). Literally spend an entire evening like 6 hours or so staring at every detail of the picture.

Or if they attempted to remote influence themselves back to the time they were in the RV session. They could do multiple sessions of remote influencing for the next week or so, sending back the most important aspects of the target over and over. Lyn Buchanan seems to think Remote Influencing is very effective, so why not apply it to sending back feedback to ourselves at the time we are doing the RV session?

In other words, send the feedback to our subconscious mind so it dumps the proper feedback into our conscious mind during the RV session. Maybe even videotape ourselves doing the rv session, so we can watch that from the future when we attempt to influence ourselves in the past or take a picture of our face at the time we are in the rv session.
I think the rver would probably want to visualize their own face at that time if we are attempting to RI ourselves at that particular time from the future.

For example if the target was an orangutan, I would first attempt to establish contact with myself back in the session, then send the image of a orangutan to my subconscious (put it in over and over and over) and do several sessions over and over to reinforce the effect. Maybe this has already been discussed I don't know.

What an interesting idea! Or perhaps if we "opened" ourselves to the feeback in the same way we "open" ourselves to the target?

This is similar to what I do when I task a session. I am always tickled with validation, but the real test comes when i get new data, information unknown to me that can be later validated.

Now this is the kind of thinking I like to hear, RI works very well. If you've read all of Lyn's works he also sends himself messages for the future. I understand he does pretty well at the casino.. ;)

In other words, send the feedback to our subconscious mind so it dumps the proper feedback into our conscious mind during the RV session.

I've done sessions where I simply commanded my future self to tell me what the feedback was, kind of a convoluted way of Remote Viewing the feedback. I had varying successes with that. It seemed like each successive session I became less and less helpful. Always had a problem with authority, I guess, even when talking to myself. ;)

I just want to part company with the subject for a moment. When Casey saw himself in a future incarnation it wasn't really RI yet he did get the info he needed for the year 2100. Sometimes I just wonder if people are getting long range prognostications from subsequent incarnations. ie. Nostradamus and Mother Shipton.

Back on topic, what impact might this future self have on a an 'earlier' you? Read this very personal missive to understand this potential.

I don't mean to lecture but I have been there done that. I'm sharing a personal example of how an individual can influence your previous and future selves. I had more to say about it further down in the thread but the point is we can influence ourselves past, present and future. Had this experience been painful or scary I may have grown up to have a different perspective.

FYI - there are other things that I know will come true when the time comes..

this is very similar to courtney browns theory that the remote viewer must take careful time and attention to close the rv loop and close the session with feedback.

Apparently I had too many windows open. I meant to respond on THIS thread, and instead posted on another. Kinda related topics! I'll only include the snippet at the top here fwiw:

Yeah, the 'feedback experience' of the viewer has been a pretty important part of RV all along (I mean since the 70s). There's a lot of theory about it and some good experiments still waiting to be done.

Pretty much everybody I've talked from 1995 onward (starting with Buchanan) has emphasized the feedback experience, but I later discovered that emphasis went back to the start of RV as they had before that period (during card-guessing stuff in the 60's) realized they were training the psi skill right out of people via the extinction paradigm without it (see Dr. Charles T. Tart's http://paradigm-sys.com/ctt_articles2.cfm?id=36).

The rest of the post was about a couple of feedback practices that I've found valuable in the past:

Sorry for mucking up which thread was which. I haven't had enough sleep in a reallllly long time and it's starting to show!
