Remote Influencing A Scammer To return My Money

Do any of you have any experience of remote influencing a scammer to return money?
I honestly think it is a lost cause - my life savings
I and 2 other girls were cheated.
I did Emotional Freedom Technique - somehow I only think it makes the scammer feel guilty for a few seconds.
