Subject: Dowsing question scottrver
Hi All,
I'm interested in trying some dowsing. Does anyone know if when using
a pendulum does it help to be in a meditative trance type state?

A relaxed meditative alpha wave state is enough and by most
practitioners considered a prerequisite.
It is very much like the CRV stage and the information comes
from the subconsciousness via the sympathetic nervous
system.
CRV session and then a dowsing session is a good
combination IMO.

I notice that I perceive more 'subtleties' about the pendulum swing when I'm
"in-state". I might perceive that it was sluggish, then broke through, rather
than just swung, for example. This may be more perception than the actual
pendulum, but that may have some value of its own. PJ
