You guys are missing out! -- well some of you, anyway. :-)
The Galleries are a lot of fun. We have taskings for practice,
taskings for mystery... we get sessions in long formal methods and
short off the cuff psi/ERVish sorts... we have some donated sessions
from people's old/outside/non-TKR viewing as well.
We're building slowly but I expect after 6-8 months or so we will
have a really good collection of sessions, most provably double blind
and from a variety of methods and persons. And gradually the
randomly selected practice targets will start getting had more than
once and then we can compare multiple sessions on the same target.
The comments in the Peanut Gallery are fun also. It's nice to be
able to easily see sessions and say something to the viewer. It's
nice for the viewer, too!
The "Mission" that closed Sunday was for the Voynich Manuscript, a
fascinating 200 page handwritten old text on parchment/vellum that
uses a language (likely a replacement character set) nobody, not even
WWII cryptographers who tried, has ever so far figured out. Some of
the data in the sessions was really interesting.
You guys who haven't visited the Galleries yet should give it a try.
Just register (it's easy), and when you get to the member home page,
look for "demo gallery" (shows all sessions) or "peanut gallery"
(shows most sessions but also shows comments people make and lets you
add your own). It's pretty neat.
I'm still working on task management (for mixing one's own targets
in), groups functions (for task/viewing groups) and the Chat Center.
Hopefully the latter will be coming this week though.
It's the only toolset/community of its kind on the web, and very cool
for ANYbody who actually does view. It supports people working
alone, or with groups, and people using any method.
Come play!

Looks great, PJ! I just went and registered, logged
in, looked around a bit. Will go back later.

You're late! LOL. I made the Window Gallery for YOUR idea, and a
great idea it was too, to have a place people could add their
personal sessions like old ones, anything from outside the system.
I figured you of all people would have some intriguing sessions to
put in that particular gallery and you are the missing man. That's
okay, we didn't wait. We're having fun without you but it'd be nice
if you'd join us. ;-)
Don't tell me you're chicken about 'retrotasking'.
Bawk bawk bawk! (Wish you could see my flapping arms.)
I'm just teasing you.
Your last RRV session was really good!!

Congrats PJ,
The galleries were clearly a lot of work. It should be nice for
viewers to get to share some of their verifiable hits on blind
sessions done at their own pace. All of my session time is allocated
for the next couple of months on a project, but I'll try a couple
after that.

Thanks Scott. The Window Gallery also allows people to upload their own sessions
done outside the TKR environ--old faves, or examples of something, predictive,
esoteric etc. 'Good faith' there obviously. :-) And we don't necessarily all
have 'hits' (whatever that is... don't like the term personally) on the practice
stuff, but we're having FUN anyway. :-)
