As PJ mentioned earlier, this scenario is nothing unique to RV or any
other form of psi.  It's one of many possible scenarios our spooks had better
have looked at for a long time.

As for Ed's version/vision, he first mentioned it years ago and provided a
specific time frame long past gone by.
