It's that time again you guys.  I actually missed doing this again in
Jan as I'd planned.

It is time for anybody who has not posted in the last 60 days to get
off their duff and post by the end of March, or next time I get
around to archiving and running a list of who hasn't posted, I'll
unsubscribe anybody who hasn't posted in the previous 90days.

This is part of my ongoing effort to keep the list reasonably small,
to keep it limited to people who are, if not all participating, at
least known to the others and/or me, and known to be interested.
Nothing personal in it, just a desire for a more open environ in here
than most public or large lists allow.

P.S.  A few people are excused from not posting here for certain
confidential reasons I am aware of and agreed to (nothing nefarious,
all you paranoids! LOL!).  But I forget which addresses those are.
